My sincere suggestion for all those fresh candidates appearing for initial test... I am sure if you follow these points you will easily get much close to success..Hawa mai teer nahi maar raha this is what i have experienced during my initial test.

1)When you will get your applicant and roll no. enter Aap ke saamne kuch sample ke torr pr 5 question dekhaye jayenge.. U just need to skip those Q's bcoz they r not part of ur paper and don't waste time in solving them..
2)First of all u will be given nonverbal Q's to solve.. Now here i would suggest u some of the topic which should be on ur finger tips..
- Arrangement of alphabet according to dictionary order
- Calculating percentages
- fluctuations of English alphabet
- Days sequence
- Ages differences
point third fluctuations of english alphabet ka easiest way yeh hai ke aap jaise he bethe foran slip or whatever rough paper available aapne sari alphabet ke sath mathematical order mai b
Number dena hai..
For example: A B C aur sath sath en ke upper ya neche 1 2 3 kr ke no. b dena hai q k almost 10 -12 mcqs isi se related lazmi ayenge.. Lekin yad rake sawal pochne ta tarika alag hosakte..
3) Then comes Verbal.. Verbal mai 4 se 5 tariko pr dehan kejye ga..

- yah tw picture ke parts opposite ho rhai honge..maslan agar pehle mai line ------> tw next mai <------ opposite side line b or arrow b hogi..esh tarh ke b bahot sare Qs honge..

Last but not least, my final suggestion plz joh sawal aapke tora bahot b samajh nahi arha ho tw aapne foran tukka lga kr next pe jana hai q k 60 se 70% question asaan hote hai.. Next kr ke aapko aage ja ke bahot he sample sawalat mil skte hai so aik sawal ko lekr nahin bethna..
