That's the question arouses in the mind of every student once done with their intermediate(F.Sc/ICS/I.Com/FA) or grdaution. They inquire from alot of people i.e if they have any friend in army or relative. There was no any platform which could provide complete, solid and comprehensive. Reasons of Failure:

For a while now i have been thinking that even the most intelligent guys are not recomended in issb. The most common reason of non recomendation is the psychological test in which the psychologists judge the psyche of the person..the person is not having a balanced psychology.. he is either emotional or having a deprived thinking

Now let me give u a touch from cognitive sciences,they proved that all human beings are born with the same basic brain... now its their surrounding that accounts for their psychology ... so a person who is grown up in a poor family its 200% important that he/she will not be having a balanced mentality bec yes while in childhood they see beautiful toys with children of richers,, they get a desire for those but their parents cant provide them with those expensive toys so even from that time a sense of deprivation is developed in them ... now when they grow they often fall in love.. what type of love is that ... yah a love which is being celebrated on calls or texts only ... talking to a person whom they love ,a desired is developed in them to get the partner in their bed ... which is not possible for them ,, so again a sense of sexual frustration is developed in them ... right now going out of home what they see a bloody police man beating an old person or troubling poors for no reason and polishing the shoes of richers ...they cant ask if they ask the wild pakistani police put them in jail for no reason here a sense of devaluation is developed.
Not only this i swear even in schools and madrassaz the poors are being neglected by the teachers while the richers are given a protocol lecture ...
Not only these they also see many more other bad things around them which totally destroy their psychology and are installed in their subconscious

Now when such a student dream for issb and go there how will he be passed in psychological when he is having too much dirt in his subconscious...

Your Handwriting is the mirror to judge your quality.Write neatly and clearly. Since these tests are conducted to calculate your IQ. Try and complete, as many questions as possible. Even 75% of the questions answered correctly will see you thorough. Since every test is co-related, be positive in what you write. Your pen picture should tally with your thoughts pen down. Since you are being compared with all other candidates your best performance will take you to your ultimate Goal and that is recommendation.

Second thing you get in the selection dozier file are, Picture stories. They show you 4 pictures and you have to write a story on every picture in 4 mins I mean they will show u pic for 30 seconds. You have to write it in 3 minutes n 30 seconds. Good idea is to write on army, social work, your profession, key issues like kashmir, or regarding pakistan. and dont forget to write using STAR technique 

Start with any supposing name, should be 4 things in story ,which will show your character!
-Aim
-Ability
-planing Ability
-Result or Reward at the end

After completing this you have to write 2 Pointer Story same timing.

Remember don't try to cheat or be over-smart.

There are some other written test before these but they are relatively easy and not that much worthy but you need to do well in them as well.

Now The psychologist there is expecting a balanced psychology or moderate mentality from such a victim keeping his/her intelligence aside and marked them a deprived or depressed person very easily but very sorry to say he doesnt realise that how he/she was shaped in such a psyche

On other hand the guys from burger families are more often being recomended bec they are grown in a different environment with availability of everything!
