I am sharing my experience from day 1-5 at Issb Kohat. I reported on 15th sept at issb kohat at 9:30 am. Registration process took around 3 hours because of huge number of girls. They checked our documents, gave us chest numbers, took photos, measured weight and height and alloted us rooms. By the time we were done with lunch, it was 4 pm. Around 6 in the evening we were taken to Johar Hall to fill our Bio Data forms. The staff is there to instruct step by step so plz listen to them carefully The process continued till 8 pm after that we had dinner. Next morning we were woken up at 4:00 and by 7 taken to hall for written test. First we had screen out test, Verbal had 84 mcqs and 30 mins, non verbal had 64 mcqs and 20 mins it was easy, then came mechanical that included 55 mcqs and 15 mins. With that test concluded and we left the hall. 26,26 sentence completion sets both in english and urdu. 6 mins for each set. Next came WAT alot of words were negative like regret, red, shout, close. I attempted 96 sentences. For each word there are 10secs so plz be quick. After this 4 pics were shown for 4 mins .after this two sentences were given to write story in 3.5 mins. 
Last part, we had to write our merits and demerits in 5, 5 mins. So prepare it beforehand. With that we were done with 1st day. 
The next day new chest numbers were given and groups were divivded into 12,12 each by GTO. Group discussion was Kya police srif rishwat lyti hai", discussion was to be done in urdu. For lecturate 2 mins were given to each candidate and in eng/urdu. I was given " coeducation... There were various topics like corruption, police, politics,etc. Then we did PGT and Half group tasks which were fun. Please don't create a mess, be cooperative and polite. The same day I had an interview with deputy there were 3 male officers in panel. It was a good interview, it was all based on data some gk n quick maths. It was for 40 mins. After interview we were free. 
3rd and final day- We were taken to outdoor area early in the morning at 6"30 am. There were 6 obstacles zig zag, 3 feet high jump, boxing ring, tyre, ditch crossing and hanging log. Passing marks are 8 and total marks of this task is 20. Please girls don't be harsh upon yourself if you can't do an obstacle leave it and do next instead of breaking arms and legs. Be careful and have confidence total time for this task is 2 mins. Boxing ring has the highest marks which are 5. I completed 4 out of 6 but aattempted all. After this started command task all group members were made commander turn by turn and given task. GTO while explaining task will ask ques from your bio data and field so be prepared. In command task the aim isnt to complete it but show leadership quality and cooperation. After this we had a final group task in english, this was the most fun part. GTO told us that ground was inbound so everyone ran towards finishing line with materials. We did our evaluation and ranked our group members. With that GTO task came to an end. Be confident girls. So it ended that way. However, in the evening we were told that some candidated will be called for redoing obstacles and re-interviews (as some groups only had one interview as either psych or deputy was cancelled for them). 
The next day we were given our allowances and mobiles, were told that result will be declared in 24-48 hrs even on website.

1st Day:

I have reached in ISSB Center Malir Cantt at 10:00am, when I have reached then already some candidates were sitting in waiting room. After some wait our Bag was checked and Mobile was Collected. We were entered in the ISSB center in a Straight line way. An uncle said to us that you all kept your Bags in 7th room and took your all original documents and gone to Johar Hall. After reaching the Johar Hall our document was checked and chest number was allotted. In our ISSB batch there were 35 candidates, 24 from PMA L/C 140 and 11 from SSC Navy. After Allotting the chest number there were three forms given to us, one was B form and other two forms were A. A psychologist given all method about filling the form that how to fill the form correct? After filling these forms one other form given to us which was contain four pages. And at the last page of that form there was empty page given for topic writing. Our Topic was “A most important evet of life” which was given by Psychologist. The topic writing time was 4 minutes.

2nd Day:

2nd day was psychometric day in which three tests were conducted. Verbal, Nonverbal and mechanical test. Verbal test was containing 105 questions and time allowed for that test were 30 minutes and nonverbal test was containing 65 questions and time allowed for that test was also 30 minutes and last was mechanical test that containing 50 questions and time allowed for that test were 15 minutes, mechanical test also have negative marks. After an hour our result was announced and two candidates from SSC navy were screened out. After that our sentence completion test was started, there were four tests in which two tests were in urdu and two tests were in English. Time allowed for completing one test were 6 minutes and each test contain 26 un complete sentences. After that our story writing test was started in which there were six stories to write. Four picture stories and two sentence type stories. Time allowed for writing one story were 4 minutes in which 30 seconds was allowed to understand the picture. After that our word association test was started in which there were approximately 80 words, time allowed for one word were 10 seconds. It was not mandatory to write the word. You only make sentence of that word.

3rd Day:

The 3rd day is also called GTO first day. Our Group were containing 9 candidates. First was command task in which our topic was “Politics me fojj ko mudakhalat krni chahy”? GTO said that your task was that discuss that topic, everyone must pass their comments. And after that GTO gives topic to everyone and you think two minutes for that topic and also talk two minutes, my topic was “society me kamyabi kese lani chahye”. Then our planning task was started, in our group we haven’t make good plan and our plan was failed. Then GTO said to us that you can go to room and change your cloth and wear cloth for outdoor tasks. In the outdoor task, first task was command task and 2nd task was half group task. Our both tasks have done successfully. In that same day deputy president interview was conducted.

4th Day:

This day is also called GTO 2nd day. In that first of all we have gone in the Johar hall, in which we have seen the briefing about obstacles on screen. There were 9 obstacles and time allowed for 2 minutes. I have done 8 obstacles. In my view you start your obstacles form Tarzan, in that way you can easily complete all the tasks. Then our commander task was started, in which every candidate made commander. Then our final group task was also done successfully. In that day our psychometric interview was conducted.
5th Day:
Not good because no one called for Re- interview.
