ISSB 4 days Schedule & Routine

Happenings during 4 days stay at ISSB centers:

In issb army checks ur thoughts that what is ur thinking and what do u want to do so ur idea must be clear and visible ur vision must be high like officers cz u r going to be an officer i read the posts in many grps in which some people want to say that ur thinking must be possitive blah blah but my experience is that its not ur possitive thinking that matters a lot the thing that matter is that how much u admit the reality and how much u deny the reality so plzz dont deny the reality if u want to be recommended if an officer ask a question and if the answer of this question is in the negative sense so plzz give the answer in negative sense dont try to be possitive and show ur fake personality this is the main thing that they want to judge in u that how he/she admit the reality the possitive thinking is also necessary but not in that way that u will deny the reality.I think u will got a serious lesson from this post.

Psychologist, GTO and deputy president discuss the performance of each candidate and come sup with the decision of RECOMMENDATION or NOT Recommendation(Most painful thing, PS Only a candidate can understand the feelings)

Me:Sir army is a well disciplined profession also there is a lot of adventorous occasions also most sacred profession that is why i want to join.

In this task the staff only check the leadership ability in the candidate so behave like a leader not like boss in some grps some people try to say that u have to perform first in this task and some says u have to perform in the last blah blah but according to my experience it does not matter the main thing that matter in this task is how u get work from all the grp mates how u show ur leader like abilities.I hope u have got some ideas from this post.

At the End he Handshaked with me.. And said Best of LUCK. Mene kaha Thank u sir.. Allah Hafiz..

Those candidates who performed well and there is a little doubt in the eyes of selectors are called for re-interview by the President of the ISSB center, re-command task or re-IOs headed by one president, one GTO or numerous GTOs (Depends).
