 Progressive Group task at ISSB:

In this task the group (usually comprising of 8-12 members) takes part and this is a leaderless task. You can give your opinion as much as you like. PGT comprises of 3 levels. This is the first level of our task and this is the only one I remember as my group spent a lot of time over it. Even then we could not complete it and GTO in his despair asked us to simply just run on one leg and carry all stuff. Lol.

In this task the yellow thing is a metallic pipe like thing. It was about at 6 ft height. The side protrusions on this pipe were to facilitate us if we want to climb up on it.

Blue part is a cemented protrusion. It is as big as to let one or 2 persons stand on it at a time. Its surface is circle in shape.

Yellow and blue colored area is "in bound" for you, i.e you can step on it. The brown part is ground which is out of bound for you i.e if you mistakenly step on the ground that will be a foul, you will have to go back again.

You will have drums, a bamboo stick, wooden planks to connect you from one in bound area to other as "resources" that can help you get to the finish line.

This is level 1 PGT, it is followed by a relatively harder level 2 PGT and 3rd one is hardest. You have 40 minutes to complete all three.

Sab sa pahla hall ma akathay hua then groups banaye gaye g.t.o la kay apna apna rooms ma chalay gaye mera group 7 members ka tha repeaters thay sab

Ist g.t.o na intro kya then hamain cool down kya ka beta jo qismat ma ho ga wo zarur milay ga is waja sa tensn sa niklo aur apna best do isi lya us na sab sa aikaik joke suna then group discussion pa aya

4th day or departure day :-

Subha subha tayar ho kay pauhnch gaye
Then mera aik group mate ka recommand hua but mujha ni la ka gaye us ma

Then 4 larkon ko roka but unka reinterview nahi hua aur bus hamain rahwali cant gate tak chor ka gae ..

At the end aik bat kahna chahun ga that 5 days was amazing days of my life
