Half Group Task at ISSB:
In this task GTO divides your group in 2 or 3 sub groups of 3-4 people. HGTs are usually half of PGT and there is only one task for each 3-4 member sub group. Here you can see some similar blue areas, that is "in bound" for you. The red and white part in the middle is somewhat a ditch short of thing but a small one (2 ft x 1.5 ft maybe, not more). It is submerged in ground and you get to see only the red boundary and its hollow part is painted white. You cannot jump across it as jumping in GTO tasks is not allowed. Anything painted red and white means it is "in bound" for your resources i.e planks, drums etc. In this particular HGT of mine, the red and white area was inbound for a drum. If let's say I want to go towards the finish line through this red and white part, I cannot go and step on it however I can place a drum in that ditch and stand on the drum to make my way further. I don't recall its timings but I guess you have to reach finish line in 10-15 minutes.

Now time for group planning
Very easy but I was very Happy ....Group Planning was easy but was not completed. No knew that submarine cant be detected through radar except me and 2 others. At the end GTO ask which way will suite the best out of three Me and 2 others said R2 way and 8 others said R3. And then GTO said R2 will be used

First of all Command task .I tried my best to cooperate with others and give suggestions in time of need.The GTO Interview was good, he ask einteins equation,Faradays law of electromagnetic induction.What will you do if I give you 5 CRORE, Have you ever done HP or Have seen BP.Aap academy jatei ho senior kahei mere sath SEX karo kia karo gei. Agar koi BAD TOUCH karei tou kia karo gei. And questions related to Family Background. I was seleced on 9 turn out of 11 for command task Is was just handed over a Small Plank and a wooden box for a minute and called them and brief them in a good way and presented my plan It went well.
