SEMI-GROUP TASK or HALF-GROUP TASK

Yesterday i posted about Progressive task.Today i will tell you about Semi Group Task.
After Progressive Group Task when GTO
will say to you "Gentlemen! Your Time is over...Wind up and put your
equipment back on its place"Then you will be having Semi Group Task.

(REMEMBER it is not necessary that you will reach the 3rd stage in Progressive Group Task or u must ...Your group may fail to cross even 1st stage or get trapped in 2nd stage....due to lack of planning...but you will have to show struggle ..Even if you cant proceed further ...try it again and again but please dont surrender...Or say "Yaar nahi hosakta"....Show some struggle ..try to find possible way....)

In Progressive Group Task GTO would have observed each one of you
regarding your performance ,cooperation,planning and working.
Now GTO will divide your Group in to 3 small groups or (may be 4 groups) depends on the strength of ur group.

GTO would have observed strong ,normal and weak candidates in your group.Depending on that he will divide ur group into small groups.
Now here you can guess whether you stand among strong ,normal or weak candidates....If you think you stand among weak then
work hard and try to prove yourself in upcoming tasks...specially command task....And if you think you stand among strong then try more and
increase your grading ...(GTO WONT TELL YOU ABOUT THIS
..Strong,normal or weak its his secret observation).....!
Now you will be taken to a small task but a tricky one and a tough
one....The TIME for this task will be not more than 5 MINUTES...
Here planks provided to you may not be sufficient in lengths to cross the
task....but again try ur mind and look for any possibility, ask for
suggestions from your group fellow and make a good plan for it...!!
