FINAL GROUP TASK AT ISSB
FINAL GROUP TASK TIPS
Yesterday i posted in detail about command task.Hope you all are satisfied with it.
Now after command task there will be last task called Final Group Task.
(This is a little bit interesting task or even become funnier when given relaxation by GTOs)
In this task no one is leader and all group has to agree on one plan and then finish the task....The only difference is that in this task ENGLISH SPEAKING is compulsory and there would be relaxation in this task ( FOR EXAMPLE GTO will say CHEST NO 11 YOU ARE INBOUND FOR 10 SEC etc etc .Relaxation May be for all members turn wise or may be for some depends on GTO.
GTO will brief you about the task.Listen to the briefing CAREFULLY.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FINAL GROUP TASK

2:Techniques for this task are the same which i told in earlier tasks.
3:Try to make a good plan and try to convince your fellows to accept Your plan.
4:Plan should be possible one.
5:Try to take the initiative and enter first in the Task and Leave the task in the last.
6:When some of your fellow enters the task GTO will make task INBOUND for some seconds for any of your group fellow which means you can roam freely in the task.
7:Relaxation may be for 10 SECONDS OR 12 OR 20 SECONDS sometime,
8:GTO may make the whole task INBOUND for some other fellows too or may give relaxation to each one of you one after another.
9:Now listen carefully ...The reason GTO for which he gives relaxation is that he is trying to check you that how much benefit you take from this relaxation.
10:You can even cross the finishing line in this relaxation time but NEVER DO THAT PLEASE i repeat NEVER DO THAT.
11:When you are given relaxation try to help your fellow in that relaxation.
12:Take heavy equipment and throw them out of the finishing line IF U THINK THEY ARE USELESS.
13:Try to make possible path for your fellows to cross by putting planks over all the platforms in the given relaxation time.
14:Help your fellows by walking over the Bamboo (bcz its width is too small to walk over it) by giving them hand or by holding them.
15:Help them as much as you can.
16:Dont ever try to show selfishness in any task in ISSB.
17:GTO may give you relaxation twice or 3 times to check you what u do....But never cross the finishing line until all your fellows have crossed the finishing line.(GTO may say you that ""Gentleman i m giving you relaxation and you are still roaming in the task go cross it"" but
never leave the task instead Say "Sir, I can't cross while my fellows are stuck here ...I will have to take them out with myself"
18:Sometimes in this task only 2 person are stuck and rest cross it.Now if you come across this situation and GTO gives u relaxation for 10 sec while its a lengthy task then straight away Take your fellow and put him on your back and also pick up left out equipment and cross the finishing
line fast before relaxation is over.
If you are helping someone and your relaxation gets over than immediately jump on the near platform...otherwise it would be considered as foul.
